Osun Tribunal Address Favors Omisore, APC Goes Wild

Since the Osun Tribunal Address on Saturday, January 24, 2015,the social medial has been awashed with series of palliatives to cushion the effect of their impending loss in the Tribunal.

According to reports, they started calling PDP supporters names, they said they dont understand grammar. 

Now, here is the drop:

The final address adopted by the APC counsels showed that Aregbesola's vote was deducted to 234,000 from a whooping 394,000 awarded by INEC and Omisore's vote remains 292,000.APC though contradicted this by putting Omisore's vote to 219,000 eventhough it never petitioned PDP abi -initio.

It is just a pure class room arithmetic academic exercise which has no place in law.Where were APC lawyers when PDP counsels tendered form EC8a showing great irregullarities in the polls only for APC to come up with 219,000 vote for Omisore.

The judgement has been reportedly adjourned indefinitely. 

But wait, before the APC optimism gets high.. the legal provision for tribunal to hold a hearing and deliver its judgement must be within 180 which ends on Monday, February 9, 2015 (just some days before the general election). Should the wheel of justice takes its course, chances are high that Omisore might assume the office of Governor before the election.

The APC can of course appeal has they have evidently chose..but the with the present strike of the judiciary..and the expected declaration of Omisore as the legitimate governor of Osun State with immediate effect (if he ever wins at the tribunal)..APC Osun needs more than a miracle....
