Kanye' s 49 Minutes In Jail

That’s right. Kanye West did some jail time; 49 whole minutes to be exact. No one man should have all that power, but ‘Ye sure does!

After being sentenced to ‘jail time’ following the paparazzi incident at LAX last year, Kanye West spent less than an hour in lock down, smoothly sliding in and out of the LAPD station. ‘Ye walked in at 4:30 p.m. and was out…well, 49 minutes later. Of course, now he’s got a mug shot on file and fingerprints in the system, but I doubt that’s the largest of his worries.
In addition to his “lengthy” time in jail, Kanye is being placed on two years of informal probation, must complete 250 hours of community service and he must attend 24 sessions of anger management. ‘Ye must also pay for the photographer’s replacement equipment and medical bills.
While Kanye previously pleaded not guilty, he was able to cut a deal and entered a no contest plea to charges of misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft (that latter charge was dismissed as part of the deal). Guess that’s what happens when you hire defense attorney Shawn Holley. Then again, if he’s saved Lindsay Lohan on multiple occasions, who CAN’T he save?
