Tracy Morgan Returns Home!..Fully Recovers

Tracy Morgan has finally been released from the hospital this afternoon from the physical rehabilitation center he had been recovering,TMZ has learned.

Tracy will continue his recovery efforts at home with an aggressive outpatient program.

His rep says, "He [Tracy] asked me to pass along his sincerest gratitude to everyone who has helped him get to this point."

This is a good news for Hollywood and all his fans across the world
