It’s not
every day you see the man running the country chowing down on chicken and
coleslaw in Nando’s.
But that is
exactly what happened to customers at a Nando’s branch in Bristol.
Diners at
the Park Street outlet were shocked to find they had been joined by David
Cameron and a few of his colleagues yesterday evening.
Surprised
members of the public immediately took to social networks to tell everyone of
the sighting and posted pictures to prove it.
Becky Smith
even interrupted the prime minister’s meal to grab a selfie and looked very
excited to have secured a picture with the Conservative leader.
Melissa
Bennett was another surprised guest, tweeting a picture of Mr Cameron along
with the message: ‘Oh my days in Nandos and David Cameron walks in.’
For your
information, the PM reportedly tucked into a hot half chicken with fries, coleslaw
and a glass of red wine.
Chei, not even a Local Government chairman will do that here..
