From a hobby farm in a tiny
Victorian town to a modern-day Hercules and Mr Universe champion, It's been a
long journey for Australian bodybuilder Calum von Moger.
Von Moger, who is fondly called
Schwarzenegger 2.0 because of his hulking physique and similar appearance to
Arnold Schwarzenegger, grew up in central Victoria in a town of about 600
people, before he and his five siblings moved to Geelong, a regional city on
the coast.
At 14, he started lifting rusty
old weights in an empty warehouse just because he wanted to be strong like his
older brother.
Now, von Moger is a 25-year-old
112kg behemoth who is compared to the most famous bodybuilder of all time. The
amazing transformation is the result of a 'pretty full-on' training regime,
which includes up to three hours of training - one hour of cardio and up to two
hours of weights - six days a week and eating every two hours to 'make sure
(he) stays full'.
Eating every 2 hours? Is it a
full-time job?
