A bizarre incident happened yesterday, June 17, 2015 when a
lady who came to Freedom FM Kano as a guest, conveyed by a Keke Napep, jokingly
stated that she will give a car and a house to any man who agrees to marry her.
Apparently, a lot of men took the promise seriously,
trooping in hundreds into the radio station asking for her hand in marriage.
The determined men even went to the extent of writing down
their names so she can interview them on first come first serve basis.
As the situation was about to run out of hand, the police
had to be called so as to disperse the men who refused to leave the premises.
The radio program where the lady made the fake promise is
