According to data by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration, jobs with the heaviest alcohol abuse are those in
mining and construction with 17.5 per cent and 16.5 per cent regularly
indulging in alcohol respectively.
Nearly 12 per cent of those in hospitality like the sauce.
Also among the heavy drinks were those in retail.
In this case, heavy drinking was defined as having five or
more drinks at one time in the past 30 days.
