President Buhari, VP Osinbajo Did Not ‘Declare’ Assets Publicly?

President Muhammadu Buhari and his Vice, Professor Yemi Osinbajo have partially fulfilled on of their campaign promises  by declaring their assets, although not publicly.

The head of their media team, Garba Shehu stated that the pair made the declaration separately on Thursday, May 28, 2015 and was acknowledged by the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Bureau, Sam Saba.

Obviously , this cannot be termed to be a fulfillment of the campaign promise made by President Buhari as he had pledged to make the declaration public. It remains to be seen if the details of the said asset declaration would be made available to the public. Should we be worried?
