Gunmen killed UNILAG security officer in Akoka

Head of Operations, Security Unit, University of Lagos, Mr. Sunday Adejumo has been shot dead. He was shot at a beer parlour on Oyenuga Street, in Akoka, on Friday night around 8.30pm while he was drinking with his friends.

According to eyewitnesses strange men stormed the beer parlour that evening and went straight to his table where they shot him dead in the presence of his friends and other people who were drinking. The beer parlour owner had since been arrested for interrogation.
