The big news is that this real estate guru/Construction giant, Dr Oyeleke Ajiboye, celebrated his 40th birthday yesterday, 2nd May 2022. Both online and print media were agog as friends, family and other well-wishers eulogise the well-to-do man.
One of the highlights of the celebration of his birthday was his wife's surprise party which caught him unaware. He was over joyous as the band organised by his beautiful wife serenaded him in his Ikoyi home.

Dr Leke, as fondly called by friends is the founder of Efficacy Construction Company, a company which has been in existence for over 9 years. The company has done many remarkable projects in the housing and construction sectors.
This youthful-looking man was born to the family of Prince Olasunkanmi and Mrs Omowunmi Ajiboye of Iragbiji in Boripe Local Government Area of Osun State on May 2, 1982.
He holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Lagos, an MBA with distinction from Lincoln University, Oakland, California, USA and a PhD in Housing and Estate Development. He studied International Commercial Law (LLM) at the University of Salford, Manchester, UK and is a post-doctoral Research Fellow with Monarch Business School, Switzerland in Behavioral Finance.
Ajiboye is an alumnus of the JF Kennedy School of Government where he studied Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard Law School where he studied Leadership and Strategy and is the First Nigerian to complete the Advanced Masters Class in Negotiation, Mediation and Strategy at the school.
Ajiboye is also a Fellow of the Harvard Negotiation Institute; a Fellow of the Joint Centre for Housing Studies, Harvard University USA; Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (FICA); Fellow, Chartered Institute of Administration (FCIA); Member, Green Building Society, USA and Member, Society of Environmental Engineering, UK. He also shares membership with several other professional bodies in the civil construction and engineering fields.
We should also add that he is also a politician who has been trying to change the narrative through political means.
