A Pro-Buhari told me I should not
criticize Buhari's government because he is doing great! He went further to say
that it takes time to clear off the rots from PDP in the past governments and
plans are ongoing as to that.
I simply asked what are the
plans and activities ? He went on.....
1. Buhari went abroad
soliciting international support against Boko Haram and economic bailout.
2. Buhari relocated the command
center from Abuja to Borno for effective control of Boko Haram.
3. Buhari ordered the removal
of Army Check Points from the road.
4. Buhari lifted the ban on
importation of textile and furniture.
5. Buhari dissolved the NNPC
board of directors.
6. Buhari is tracing our stolen
money to other countries.
7. Buhari has fixed the
refineries.
8. Buhari has changed the heads
of INEC and most parastatals.
9. Buhari is bailing out
distressed states.
10. Buhari is doing BVN to verify
accounts of stolen money.
11. Buhari has improved Power
supply to homes. Etc.
I looked at him critical to see
if the pupil of his eyes are white, I then went closer to smell if he took
'Palagra' or 'Monkey tail'. But he was not drunk. Then I know he must have been
hypnotized.
Basically, he talked on
Refineries, Security, Corruption, economy and Appointments.
In summary, I told him...
1. ON REFINERIES
Buhari never fixed any
refinery. Turn Around Maintenance (TAM) for refineries take the minimum of 6
months all over the world with enough budget and maintenance activities. Doing
TAM for obsolete refineries like ours take more than a year because most of the
original equipment manufacturers (OEM) are no longer in existence. In the 2013
budget, TAM was included and started in all refineries. Buhari has not given
any instruction or budget as to that.
So, its either Buhari is lying
to the people or they refused to know the truth.
2. ON SECURITY
I asked, what is the effect of
the removal of check points, meeting Obama, etc when insurgencies is increasing
by the day? He should recall that GEJ almost ended Boko Haram insurgencies to
the extent that Boko Haram started begging and thinking of negotiating.
With all the traveling and
commands of Buhari, today, he is thinking of negotiating with Boko Haram.
Bombing has increased far more than ever, BH has re captured most of the towns
GEJ saved, etc..
Buhari without trial released
150 Boko Haramites. Buhari called Boko Haram his misguided brothers. Etc.
Kidnapping and other crime rate
in other places have increased
So, Buhari is a failure on
that.
3.ON CORRUPTION
Under Buhari, Timipre Silva and
Nyako, were cleared by the EFCC.
There was no evidence that
Buhari was tracing any missing fund all over the world, its just a figment of
his hypnotized followers' imagination. Who has Buhari arrested since he
complains of corruption year in year out? He said there was no money in the
treasury, surprisingly he started doling out money to pay back his sponsors in
the name of Bailout. By the way, who approved his actions? Someday, he would
meet with those financial impunity he is single handedly taking.
So, on Corruption, Buhari is
busted!
4. ON ECONOMY
Buhari is the dumbest policy
maker ever known.
What is the effect of lifting
the ban on importation of textile and furniture when the local production is
adequate?
Has anybody noticed that the
moment Mr. Brainless did that, the Naira depreciated by N30 within a week? What
Buhari dogs celebrate was the height of economic suicide. As you read, there is
mini fuel scarcity, PMS goes for N110 even in NNPC retail outlets, tomatoes and
other food stuff has jumped 100 % and still increasing, there is no power and
no roadmap on it.
Its pathetic. Buhari is
confused and brainless on the economy.
5. ON APPOINTMENTS
Buhari simply breached the
federal character policy to install his people. 10 out of his 11 appointments
were people related to him. He has confirmed the doubt that he is a NEPOTIST.
Nepotism is corruption.
Buhari is corrupt. The dumbest
thing to do is to dissolve a NNPC board which has already been dissolve by
default.
Again, Buhari as usual is too
weak to make other important appointments like that of ministers. The simple
reason is that he would face problem from his corrupt sponsors if allowed to do
that, therefore he rather would keep it low.
Giving Buhari credit for that
is simply lack of intelligence and promoting chaos in the country.
CONCLUSION
Though 38 days is not enough to
draw conclusion on any NORMAL government, but 38 days of constant bombing,
worsening economy, lies/deceits, nepotism, etc especially when the president
has prepared for 12 years, ran his mouth like tap, condemned other governments,
etc. is now the one at the help of affairs.
Like a photographer snapping a
group of people wearing HIJABS, what is the point/effects of Buhari’s
policies/appointments /presidency or supporting such?
